Kenroi Consulting was recently contacted by a global recruitment agency based in the South of England. They were engaged in a competitive bidding process for a major contract with a global internet and technology provider. They required input into the tender documentation.
Although the company has a diverse workforce, they were having trouble establishing the key requirements within the tender documentation.
Kenroi Consulting was able to assess the company and ensure that they expressed diversity and inclusion within their work in the best possible way.
We were also able to modernize their diversity policy and provide diversity consulting solutions for growing their business, by increasing diversity in more areas, and by developing additional policies aligned to their overall strategic plan for diversity.
